With Our Domestic Staff and Nanny Screening Service, We'll Put Your Mind At Ease
If you are looking to use a domestic staffing and nanny screening
service to find the right person to welcome into your home, you
have come to the right place. At Premier Domestic Staffing, our
focus is on finding the best candidates for professional nanny,
housekeeper, house
manager, or baby nurse services.
Find a Qualified, Caring, Professional Nanny, Housekeeper,
or House Manager
Using a nanny screening service doesn't have to drag out the hiring
process. We’ve handled professional nanny placement in as
little as two days, although most domestic staffing placements take
one to three weeks to fulfill. The length of time greatly depends
on the type of position you are seeking to fill, as well as the
hours you are looking for, the salary and benefits you will be providing,
and the duties you will require.
Additional Details
Fees: To start the process with our domestic help
and nanny screening service, we have a non-refundable application
fee of $250. Our one-time placement fee for a live-out nanny is
$1,995. Other domestic positions, including live-in nannies, housekeepers,
and house managers, require a one-time fee based upon a percentage
of the estimated gross annual salary of the candidate.
Replacement Guarantee: We are proud to offer one
of the best replacement guarantees around, by any agency or nanny
screening service. After your one-week trial period, and within
the first four months, if the initial candidate turns out to be unsuitable
for any reason, we will conduct a second search without charge,
not to exceed more than one replacement.
Salary: The salary for a professional nanny or
other domestic employee typically ranges between $12 and $18 per
hour, depending on the years of experience, education, hours, and
duties you may require. All salaries are paid directly to the employee
and not to the nanny screening service. Generally the employee and
the family negotiate the salary; however, we are happy to advise
you on any compensation matters.
Benefits: Employee benefits usually include two
weeks paid vacation, two to five personal days, six paid federal
holidays, and, occasionally, all or part of the health insurance
costs for the certified nanny, housekeeper, house manager, or baby
nurse.
