Our Screening Process is Top Notch
All of our quality nannies have met the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of private home childcare experience OR
a bachelor's degree in a child-related area of study
- A high school diploma or GED
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Excellent verifiable employer and character references
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Proper legal documentation
Candidates for Atlanta nanny and other nanny positions must also
successfully complete a face-to-face interview with our director
of recruiting and pass the following background checks:
- Social Security verification
- Criminal background check, including local and national
checks
- Driving record check
